Reflecting our on-going growth, Red Flag Reporting is seeking an Account Administrator (Administrative Assistant)!  This newly created role provides and excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and conscientious individual.  Training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Characteristics sought:

  1. Intelligent and detail oriented
  2. Self-motivated, responsive and able meet deadlines without supervision
  3. Quick learner, able to complete duties efficiently and in a timely manner
  4. Honest and reliable
  5. Friendly and flexible; Can do/will do attitude
  6. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Responsibilities include:

  1. Customer service/account maintenance
  2. New account set-up
  3. Sales team administrative assistance
  4. Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Work environment:

  1. Work from home (after initial training)
  2. 15 to 25 hours per week
  3. Friendly, supportive co-workers
  4. $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
