# Check Report

## Here you can check on your previously filed report:



- Your username is your report number. Include hyphens. An example of the correct report number format is RFT-01234-A5B6 or RFR-01234-A5B6.
- Your password is that you created when filing the report.
- If you do not have your report number or password, you cannot check your report.
- Do not use this feature to report 9-1-1 type emergencies.
